She skillfully balances strategic vision, fiscal responsibility, and team dynamics, earning respect for her ability to lead complex business initiatives and tackle organizational challenges.

With a B.A. from Colorado College and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Stephanie is deeply committed to leadership development and actively mentors young girls through her involvement with the Girls on the Run program, demonstrating her passion for empowering the next generation.
